The impact bar is produced by excellent high elasticity special rubber layer to fully and effectively absorb the impact force of material falling, greatly reducing the impact of material falling on the conveyor belt, and truly improving the stress condition of the falling point. 

And the impact bar are proudced with  UHMW polymer polyethylene surface, the friction coefficient between the conveyor belt and the buffer strip is minimized, and the wear resistance is good. The use of impact bar  ensures face-to-face contact and uniform force on the conveyor belt, effectively preventing longitudinal tearing of the belt caused by roller breakage or detachment, and greatly reducing the probability of longitudinal tearing of the belt after being penetrated by sharp objects or sharp materials.
