Filt belt

Filter belt is a filtering equipment used in power plants, steel plants, and aluminum plants to separate water and materials.

Filter belts are mainly used on belt type vacuum filtration equipment, filtering through the holes drilled on the belt. There is a slide under the conveyor belt of the filter machine, and a friction belt is laid on top of the slide. Generally, there are two types of materials, rubber and PVC, with PVC material being the most common. Under the action of the conveyor, the friction belt is driven forward to slide. The vacuum rubber filter belt is made of high-quality and wear-resistant natural rubber, designed with four layers of polyester canvas inside, and the filter belt is grooved by a machine to facilitate water flow on top.

The filter belt we designed for the customer this time added guide bars according to the customer's requirements, which made it very difficult to correct the conveyor belt during the production process. However, the production team, based on their rich experience and knowledge, united and cooperated, and after repeated correcting and testing, ultimately produced excellent products.
